How Birth Photography Works

Booking:Birth photography is highly limited due to the on-call nature. I only take a small number of births per month so I can be on call for you 24/7 from 38–42 weeks.

On Call:Once your labor begins, you’ll text or call me, and I’ll join you when you are in active labor (typically 5–6 cm).

During Birth:I move quietly around the room, capturing your story without flash or disruption.

After Birth:I stay for 1–2 hours postpartum to document first feedings, newborn exams, and family introductions.

What If I’m Not Sure About Birth Photography?

Many South Florida parents feel hesitant about having a photographer present for such an intimate experience. That’s completely normal.
